Program Infaq Bumi Hijau Negeri Johor merupakan inisiatif kerajaan Negeri Johor menerusi Jawatankuasa Perumahan Kerajaan Tempatan Negeri Johor dengan kerjasama Waqaf An-Nur Corporation Berhad (Waqaf An-Nur) menerusi Dana Klinik Waqaf An-Nur (DKWAN). Penganjuran program ini mensasarkan penanaman 100,000 pokok di 16 Majlis Perbandaran/ PBT seluruh Negeri Johor dalam menyokong penghijauan alam sekitar dan pemulihan ekosistem Negara selain menjadi medium bertujuan mengumpul dana Infaq sebagai usaha meningkatkan sumbangan untuk Dana Klinik Waqaf An-Nur( DKWAN) .
